Make delicious potato curry in minutes (How to make Aloo Ki Sabji in 5 minutes,
-Boil 6 to 7 potatoes thoroughly in a pressure cooker and leave them to cool. When they cool down, peel them carefully. Half of your work is finished.
-Now take two onions, two tomatoes, one green chilli and chop them medium finely. Now keep the potatoes in a big vessel, breaking them thoroughly with hands. Mix chopped onion, tomato, green chilli in it. Now add about 2 glasses of cold water to it and mix it well with hands.

-Now put the pan on the gas. When the pan becomes hot, add ghee or oil in it. Now add cumin, asafoetida and red chilli in oil. When it starts crackling, add one spoon cumin powder, 3 spoons coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, half spoon asafoetida.

-Now carefully throw all the vegetables kept in the big vessel into this pan. Now add salt as per taste and stir well. Leave covered for 5 minutes. Your spicy and delicious potato curry is ready. Serve this vegetable with roti, puri or rice and enjoy the taste.
